To our valued customers,
In the trying time you are about to encounter, we wanted to pass on some important information about your repair process. “Rule of thumb” in collision repair is that for every $1,000 in accumulated damage translates into 5 working days of needed repair time (i.e. $2,500 in accumulated damage call for 2-3 weeks of repair time). In some situation, it may even take longer, depending on many variables. The availability of parts, insurance companies coming out for supplemental re-inspections, along with the unforeseen, may cause the repairs to take longer than originally estimated. We understand the inconvenience of parting with your vehicle for a long period of time, and we understand the anxiety of getting your vehicle back. Quality repairs take time.
Periodic calls can be expected, updating you on the condition of your vehicle. We will try our best to keep all of our customers up-to-date on their repairs. We truly appreciate the opportunity to repair your vehicle and hope that we can service our customers any way we can.
If the insurance company issued you a check, please hold onto it until the repair is completed. We do not accept personal checks over $500. If a check is needed over $500 then it must be certified. We take credit cards for the amount of your deductible only. If your insurance check is issued to a lien holder as well yourself, please contact our office as soon as possible.
